Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Twalf collects, why, and how you control it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email, and profile details (such as your business type or creator accounts) when you add them.
- What you write and upload: your studio requests, the videos and images you upload, and the results we create for you.
- Usage: credits used, tools you tried, and basic technical details such as device type, to run and protect the service.
- Payments: handled by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: writing content, editing video, and connecting you with creators or businesses.
- To track credits and plans, and send you important messages about your account.
- To protect Twalf from misuse and improve quality.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use your content for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Trusted service providers that run parts of Twalf for us: hosting and database, AI processing, payments, and free b-roll images. They use the data only to provide that service to us.
- When you contact a creator or business on Twalf, they see your public profile and the messages you send them.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
- We keep your data for as long as your account exists.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. This permanently removes your account, profile, chats, videos and credits, and cancels your plan.
- A guest trial is kept on your device and with us until you sign up or clear your browser data.
Cookies
- We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and run the service. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
- Requests and questions: hello@twalf.com
Age
- Twalf is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
- If we change this policy in an important way, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it applies.
