Terms of use

By using Twalf you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.

The service

  • Twalf is an AI content studio (scripts, ads, plans, logo ideas, video editing) and a platform that connects businesses with content creators.
  • AI can make mistakes. Review any content before you publish it, especially prices, claims and legal information. Licensing and rules guidance is general information, not legal advice.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens in it.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Twalf for content that is illegal, indecent, abusive, misleading, or that infringes others' rights.
  • Don't try to bypass the service's protections, extract how it works internally, or automate it without permission.
  • If you publish paid advertising, you're responsible for following your country's advertising rules (such as the UAE advertiser permit) and labelling it as an ad.

Content and ownership

  • Content you create with Twalf is yours to use for your business and accounts.
  • You're responsible for the videos and images you upload and for having the right to use them. Free stock images and clips are subject to their own licence.

Credits and plans

  • Each tool uses a set number of credits, shown before you use it.
  • Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; they stay active until the end of the paid period. Monthly plan credits don't roll over; top-up credits don't expire.
  • Credits can't be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it. If a request fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically.

Twalf Connect

  • Twalf helps you find the right match and talk to them. Any deal between a business and a creator is between them, until we launch secure payments and publish their terms.

Suspension

  • We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Liability

  • Twalf is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee specific marketing results or sales.
  • To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
